Day 12/365 - What do you think?

An interesting quote I saw on the bar counter wall said "If death meant leaving the stage just long enough to change costume and come back as a new character, would you slow down or speed up?"

Can we slow down internally while speeding up out external actions? Can we speed up our thoughts and processing, while slowing down anger, frustrations and dominance for people to do as we say?

I learn that simple things like what we think and what we say could have a disparity when it comes to communication. It somewhat boils down to self-confidence. The funny thing is, until that moment comes, we will never know what our actually decisions are.. so why scare ourselves into inaction by thinking too much about it?

It might be easier to be in inaction. It might be more comfortable. But it won't give you the results you desire.

What if, every day is an opportunity to retire the costumes that we no longer need or want? What if, every moment is a fantastic opportunity to work on becoming that character you always desired to be? What if, the secret to a beautiful life is simply making the right decisions.. decisions that you'd feel at peace and satisfied in your heart?

Slow down, speed up.. be brave to go after all you desire. There is always a way. But you decide.

One lesson we must learn while in sales and direct selling is that the prospect must decide with their free will. We can't and shouldn't control that. Getting a one time sale is easy. Getting a loyal, happy recurring customer is not. Our job is to disseminate information. To endorse the products, be the ultimate user and benefactor. Fall in love with discovering and creating the best version of ourselves. And attract all we want to us.

This job is hard, but it is worth it. To be surrounded by great friends and family, be the most beautiful we can be both inside and out, to inspire lives and make a difference... don't wait for death. Speed up doing all the things we love, slow down when dealing with things beyond our control.. appreciate all the things we often take for granted. Life is beautiful. Live now. Live young. Be the difference demonstrated.

It only gets easier when we get better.
