7 Daily Wellness Regiment - #1 Get into the habit of drinking clear water

Did you know that much sickness, aches and pains can be avoided if we stick to the habit of drinking clear water? 3 litres a day and that excludes all the soda, coffee or tea that we often indulge in.

It is a habit so simple, yet many of us allow this good habit to slip by. I often hear of how challenging it is to drink 3 litres of water!

I recently met a dear friend who just gone through a kidney transplant. It all started when he bent down to retrieve something from the floor and felt a sharp pain in his back. He fell to the ground and had to slowly ease himself up. Doctors advised him to go for dialysis soon after. I asked him "what's the cause?" , to which he doesn't even know for sure but he did say he had a bad habit of drinking very little clear water.

#1 of my 7 daily wellness regiment is to drink sufficient clear water. It is very simple to do. Your skin, your internal organs and your general well-being will thank you for it.

Often, we fall sick due to dehydration. Water helps to regulate your body temperature, lubricates our joints, protects our spinal cord and other sensitive tissues. It is said that 70% of the human adult body is made up of water.

About a month ago, I did a Women Empowerment class to a group of amazing ladies. We ended with a 100 Day Challenge. Many of them resolved to drink 3 litres of water daily. Improvements include better skin, better energy, less unnecessary snacking, and feeling healthier. We can't think our way to success. We need to take consistent and constant daily action. Be committed to creating a healthier, better version of ourselves.

So let's drink water! And let us look forward to amazing natural physiological changes in our well-being by cultivating this simple habit.

Yes, you can!

Ohhh! And I am super excited that Nu Skin is launching our new Ecosphere water purifier on 16 January 2018! Pharmanex Scientist and Vice President of Global Research and Development professor Mark Bartlett, PhD is coming to town! Super excited to learn more!
