Building Dreams
Hello! Welcome to our very first post on this blog. My name is Jane, and I own Ravissante The Beauty Shop. Thank you so much for stopping by and reading through whatever I have here.
Started in 2006, Ravissante The Beauty Shop is a beauty salon exclusively for women specializing in facials and body treatments. Our products of choice is Ella Bache, one of the oldest family owned skin care brand from Paris, France.
Madame Ella Bache was a curious, passionate, innovative woman. As early as 1936, she invented her first fruit-based creame, Creme Tomate, to brighten the complexion. Those days in France, woman would cut a tomato in half and rub their cheeks and foreheads with it, and they had very luminous complexions. A visionary, she married the secrets of science with those of nature. She prepared her creams with teas, herbs and fruit, perfecting her formulas, trying to make something good, like when baking a cake. She sought excellence for all her products. It was from this spirit of demanding the best that this expertise was born.
I chose Ella Bache, because their products help not only on the surface. It protects the skin, the cell and even up to the DNA of the cell, hence, solving your skin problems from the root at bottom up, and also from the skin's surface at top down. In my opinion, it is also an honest and reputable brand, because it has never promised miracles, only "immediate and long term results when they are used for long periods". I like the fact that there are no gimmicks, or magic tricks. Just purely good products with good ingredients, applied correctly and consistently to give you skin good enough to eat.
Ravissante The Beauty Shop was founded on the philosophy is that every one can look beautiful and feel beautiful, because to me, everyone is truly beautiful in their own special way. Have you ever asked yourself, if you could do anything you want in life, anything at all biologically and physically possible, what would it be? I want to build dreams. In my world, everyone can get everything they ever wanted, and all that they ever wished for. We could inflict that change, we can. We can truly get all that we ever wanted; just as long as we know what we want, and what does it take for us to go get there. Everything starts from one thought, one dream, one person. And that person, is ME. Every single one of you have the power to create, make or break. The question is, do you know what do you want?
I recently read this book called "Three Feet From Gold" (Sharon L. Lechter & Greg S. Reid with the Napolean Hill Foundation, 2009, Sterling Publishing Co, Inc) and learned that every person with a burning desire to keep going forward found their major definite purpose. A mission far greater than themselves. My mission is to empower women. I want women to know that they can do anything they put their minds to. They can have everything they have ever wanted, and all that they wish for. Women from all walks of life and every demographic can feel strong and confident on the inside when they look beautiful from the outside.
I always say that at Ravissante The Beauty Shop, beauty is a matter of choice, not chance. And this is my wish to you, all of you. To all my friends and family, and anyone of you reading this post, may you be well and happy, and be truly blessed with all that you ever want, and everything that you wish for. You can have it all. Its just a matter of choice, not chance :)
