Walk the Talk. Be the Difference Demonstrated.

It is easy to talk. Walking the talk is much more difficult. Leading is about becoming the difference FIRST, and let all our results do the talking. That is why I am totally in love with my Nu Skin business. We just cant talk our way to success... we have to become the Difference Demonstrated. The better we become in our version of ourselves, the more lives we touch, the bigger and better our attraction and influencing power. It simply starts with a decision.. "Do you trust that you are destined for bigger things?"

The world is filled with people who have their own intentions of interaction. If you are doing Nu Skin business, do not make the interaction about selling or recruiting. It is truly about making a sincere connection, and determining whether can we help this person become the best version of themselves.. of course, only if they want to. We cant drag dead bodies across the finishing line.

Managing people in a business is an art. There are only 2 determining factors of success in any business. Curating the RIGHT PEOPLE and having the RIGHT PROCESS, will definitely equate to PROFIT (Lean Management 3P).

PEOPLE + PROCESS = PROFIT

The challenge in any traditional business is figuring out the business processes. In Nu Skin business, the company takes care of the big bulk of the corporate processes already. All we need to do is solidify our own team building efforts, align them to the company's direction and drive.. same like how any Sales Team would do in a corporate setting.

This business is made for people who likes challenges. "If I challenge you to walk barefoot from KL to Singapore, take as much time as you like, and when you reach the Singapore border after stamping your passport, you'll be escorted to USD 20 million. Would you walk? And every person you encouraged to walk with you, who successfully complete this task will also earn USD 20 million, and on top of that you'll get 5% (USD 1 million); will you help ensure your friends and family walk with you?" That is Nu Skin business.

Walking barefoot is hard, and for more than 300km is super challenging.. but it can be done. The question is, are you willing to take up the challenge?
