Day 68/365 - Long term consistent usage for best results

Let's face it. We are a fast-food nation. We want things fast, and good, and reliable, and sustainable. And here, I have it! Nu Skin's LumiSpa is a fast and effective cleansing gadget. Used together with their proprietary cleansing gels twice daily and voila. Clean, smooth and amazing skin. 

What I learn is that it is only with discipline and consistent usage that we will have sustainable results.
