I love YouTube. Simply because there are so much stuff there that would enrich us.
In our Nu Skin business, we need to embody leadership without ego. Walk the talk, and pull instead of push. Attract what we want to us, and become who we desire to be.
Time, Quality and Money was three things that Bob Davis spoke about. Nu Skin as a company has used 33 years to come to this space and be the leading innovative anti-aging company that releases a new product every 2 years. For us an independent distributors, it is just about understanding our target market, hone our skills, and go do the necessary work.
If you are here to just transform yourself - be it healthier or more beautiful or fitter; diligently with Nu Skin products, we are definitely able to achieve being the difference demonstrated. If you are here to transform others; we must first transform ourselves.
The longer I am in this business, the more I appreciate all the values that we have to embody to create and build our team. Leadership here is completely different than getting a 3rd party trainer to come "talk the talk". In our Nu Skin 642 System, it is only those who have achieved a minimum of Blue Diamond pin that can share and train. It is rightfully so, because the only vested interest that these high pin achievers have is to tell their story and inspire the team. As a trainer myself, many times trainers do not need to practice what they preach. They just need to preach. Nu Skin Leaders, rightfully so, have earned their keep. Lead by example, and without ego.
Sometimes, I think that YouTube really knows what to feed me. This video was on top of my to watch list. I like to think that someone up there really likes me :)
