Learning from Nu Skin 20MDC XuDong V-Party 2015 Hong Kong Sharing

2015 NU SKIN V Party was the first recognition held in the form of a dancing party in NU SKIN Greater China. The final session ended up successfully on August 29, 2015, with over 2,200 attendees singing and dancing together in Hong Kong Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.

Xu Dong was invited to have a sharing about his gains and losses in doing the NU SKIN business. He shared how he keeps positive under difficult conditions, how to be the role model for others. And let your target to become the target of your business partners, in the other hand, let the targets of your business partners become your target. As a result, the whole team is united and will move forward to the same target. This is one of the key to success.

My learning from Nu Skin's 20MDC XuDong's sharing at 2015 V-Party at Hong Kong.

1. "You can fake anything, but you cannot fake demeanor (the outward behavior or bearing) if you are not living it". When Passion ends, Drive must takes over. Awareness/Mindfulness; willingness to learn and improve; and persistence are basic requirements for success. Simple knowledge but not easy in application.

2. Be reacquainted with our heart. That's all we need. Stop thinking, start taking action. Change our bad habits. When going for meetings, what we are doing is to gain confidence. Do you want it? Do you want to find a solution? Once you start taking action, you will see results and start being convinced that all the possibilities are real. Live with the innocence of a 4 year old. Cherish what we have, appreciate all the experiences. Keep improving our game. Speak from the heart.

3. People leave. Especially the wrong ones. Let them go. Being consumed by fear is not the answer. The ones who want to go, we cannot force them to stay. The ones who wont go, even if we chase them out, they would still stay.

4. It is important to take control and change our emotional states. Jot down and document those emotions at that point of time, because that is what others would need to help them be inspired to move forward.

5. Partnership with the right company is crucial. What is the value of Nu Skin as a business partner? Why do we choose Nu Skin? What Nu Skin delivers is more than just monetary gains. It is about leaving the seas of suffering and gaining real happiness - health, wellness, beauty, financial freedom, family and spending time with those we love. When people ask "Would I be successful in Nu Skin?" the answer is "Dont ask whether you would be successful in Nu Skin. As yourself how much time do you want to take to be successful in Nu Skin."   

6. Write it down so that you will always remember what does your future look like. What are you willing to hold on to? Be responsible for our own lives, have an attractive demeanor and attract all the good things to us. Be an energy giver, elude happiness. Live it, breathe it, love it. 

7. When we start using and doing Nu Skin business, it would transform us to discover the best version of us. Transform not only into someone who looks young, vibrant and live young, but one with full vitality, happiness and attractiveness. 

8. Always be humble, and even when everyone adores you, do not let it get into your head. 

9. Don't just think it. Start doing. Take action.
